• Independently handle RFx responses and support complex proposals
• Drive alignment via proposal kickoff meetings and scheduling
• Review and interpret RFx documents for compliance and risks




• Create detailed proposal schedules and track contributions
• Write tailored responses for proposals following client criteria

Requirements:
• 2-4 years in proposal coordination, construction, or utilities
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially in Word and PowerPoint
• Solid analytical skills to manage RFx requirements
• Excellent written communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Preferred APMP certification
