Join SOUTH CENTRAL INTERIOR DISTANCE EDUCATION SCHOOL as a full-time teacher in Pre-Calculus, Calculus, E-Commerce, and Computer Programming. This role offers a unique opportunity to engage with grade-level students from September 2026 to June 2027.

We are seeking a 1.0 FTE temporary teacher to instruct Pre-Calculus 12, Calculus 12, E-Commerce 12, Computer Programming 11, LF Info Tech, and LF Math 5. Applicants should have solid experience working with grade-level students, adapting materials for diverse needs, and knowledge of Brightspace. The ideal candidate will also possess a valid BC Teaching Certificate and be familiar with the BC Curriculum.

Key Responsibilities:
• Teach various math and programming courses effectively




• Adapt instructional materials for diverse learning needs
• Engage with students and maintain positive relationships
• Travel throughout the region as needed
• Collaborate with school staff to support student success

Requirements:
• Experience with grade-level instruction
• Knowledge of Brightspace learning platform
• Valid BC Teaching Certificate
• Familiarity with BC Curriculum and Indigenous perspectives
• Teaching category five or higher
