Shape the future of students at Pemberton Secondary School as a Physical Health Education Teacher. This term role emphasizes interdisciplinary instruction in an inclusive environment for Grades 8 through 12.

The ideal candidate will engage students through team-oriented methods and technology, aligning with Indigenous perspectives and the Four Blankets of Resilience. Candidates should have hands-on experience in Active Living and Physical Health Education, as well as familiarity with the BC curriculum.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design engaging, interdisciplinary physical health lessons
• Co-plan and co-teach with fellow educators
• Mentor students to connect interests with career opportunities
• Support the School Improvement Plan through technology
• Foster critical thinking and collaborative learning
Requirements:
• Valid B.C. Teaching Certificate
• Relevant university training in education
• Successful teaching experience in Middle and Intermediate levels
• Familiarity with BC Early Learning Framework
• Experience in multi-age teaching environments
