Become a pivotal player in a large-scale SD-WAN deployment project. This role involves operational, administrative, and technical support, ensuring successful network implementations across multiple sites.

As an SD-WAN Business Analyst, you will work closely with the Project Manager, telecommunications vendors, and ITFS field technicians. Your primary responsibilities include coordinating project activities, schedules, and deployment milestones while maintaining project documentation. You will also develop Power BI dashboards for project tracking and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support project scheduling and milestones as directed
• Coordinate site surveys and installation activities with partners
• Confirm technician schedules and facilitate site installations




• Maintain project documentation, including master lists and circuit details
• Develop Power BI dashboards for status reporting

Requirements:
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Intermediate to advanced experience with Microsoft Office and Power BI
• Experience managing stakeholders and vendor technicians
• Solid troubleshooting skills for deployment issues
• Ability to support multiple projects as needed
