Q-Block Computing is building out a 30,000 sq. ft. advanced lab in Ottawa and seeks a Facility Manager to lead the physical buildout and assume long-term ownership of the building. This is a hands-on role, not a desk job, combining direct construction and maintenance with subcontractor coordination.
The successful candidate is a multi-trade builder who can swing a hammer, wire a panel, and supervise crews while ensuring quality, schedule, and cost control. Reports to senior leadership.
