Manager - Operations |Onboarding & Operations - Shared Services | Business Operations/VMS / Vendor management Location: Hybrid Regina, SK is the preferred location-Locations outside of Regina may be considered for Remote within Canada
Duration : 1 year with possible extension
Imp Note Ideal candidates will have a strong background in business analysis combined with hands-on experience in testing. This dual expertise is essential to effectively gather requirements, validate solutions, and ensure a seamless product delivery.
Required Skills :
Attention to detail, curious, experience working in agile, ability to understand different viewpoints of stakeholders
Facilitate problem and solution negotiation between multiple business and IT stakeholders
Relationship-builder and collaborator able to understand the needs of Client’s employees
Team player who embraces change and strives to improve and innovate processes
Detail-oriented problem-solver with a passion for building outstanding products
Major Responsibilities:
Create, manage, and resolve stories in JIRA .
Create, manage, release (production & ITE)
Evaluate/develop business requirements.
Monitor development to ensure standards are followed and ease of maintenance.
Manage incidents and incoming enhancement requests.
Document and Execute/ Test user story acceptance testing
Provide user story and solution support to team members.
Support investigation, analysis, and response to incidents.




Facilitate problem and solution negotiations with business stakeholders and IT team.
Ensure high quality of development and solution before product increment release.
Financial Institutional Experience is preferred
