Assist the Director of Resident Care as a Program Supervisor in a long-term care facility. Support resident care, manage emergency responses, and ensure quality assurance protocols are met.

The Program Supervisor, Resident Care, plays a crucial role in collaborating with the Director of Resident Care. This position involves hands-on support across a variety of services including quality improvement programs, behavioral management, and coordinating health services. Candidates should have solid leadership skills and a commitment to resident safety and quality care.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee resident care programs in compliance with policies
• Facilitate orientation and training for staff members
• Monitor nursing services and uphold quality standards




• Support DRC with evaluations of unregulated healthcare providers
• Prepare and present reports on program outcomes

Requirements:
• Minimum two years experience in long-term care settings
• Nursing degree and registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Knowledge of healthcare policies and legislation
• Ability to work in high-pressure environments
