Take charge of workplace services as a Workplace Solutions Manager at BGIS. This full time role focuses on service delivery, team leadership, and client relationships across multiple locations.

In this position, you will report directly to the Managing Director and work closely with a team dedicated to workplace solutions. Key responsibilities entail managing Drawing & Occupancy, Space Planning, MAC & Relocation Management, and Furniture Services, ensuring alignment with client needs and success metrics. Your leadership will drive effective project execution and client satisfaction across various accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Workspace Management and service delivery teams
• Monitor schedules, budgets, and project execution
• Foster client relationships,



ensuring high satisfaction
• Resolve escalated client and contractor issues
• Develop business opportunities and negotiate project scopes

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years’ industry-related experience
• Strong leadership and relationship management skills
• Proficient in financial reporting and budget management
• Experience with Microsoft Suite and AutoCAD
• Knowledge of IWMS applications is a plus
