Halton Healthcare is seeking a Patient Care Manager to lead the Inpatient Rehabilitation, Geriatrics, and Hospital Elder Life Program. This permanent full-time role oversees clinical priorities, staffing, teaching, and budget management in a dynamic hospital setting.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor in a Regulated Health Profession, current qualified registration, and at least three years of managerial experience in rehabilitation and acute care, with strong HR and financial skills.
