Trans Mountain Corporation is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor to support the West Coast Oil Pipeline project. Reporting to the Manager, Talent Acquisition, this role leads full-cycle recruitment across Alberta and British Columbia, building robust relationships with project leaders.
You will source candidates, manage ATS with a focus on timely delivery, participate in career events, and advise on inclusive hiring practices.
