Key Responsibilities:
• Take proactive measures to ensure the health and safety of all employees
• Assess and develop training objectives in collaboration with management




• Oversee the maintenance of accurate training documentation
• Conduct hands-on training and refresher courses for mechanics
• Collaborate in safety program promotion and risk assessments

Requirements:
• Minimum five years in a mining maintenance role
• Red Seal Journeyperson Millwright certification required
• Experience with maintenance of diverse milling equipment
• Effective communication and planning skills
• Ability to thrive in both team environments and independent tasks
