JobGet is seeking a Principal Data Engineer to steer data architecture for high-throughput pipelines powering real-time matching and AI features across our platform. You will own data modeling, streaming pipelines (KSQL, Flink) and batch ETL using Snowflake/dbt, with a focus on reliability, scalability, and decision-grade analytics.
You’ll mentor engineers, collaborate with product and analytics, drive data governance, and champion contemporary data stack adoption while shaping the strategic direction
