Emburse seeks a skilled SaaS Solution Advisor to support customer implementations and maximize engagement with our solutions. This role merges technical knowledge with excellent consulting capabilities.

As a Solution Advisor, you will provide ongoing expertise and support to a portfolio of clients, ensuring they derive the most value from Emburse’s innovative SaaS offerings. You will be responsible for handling configuration changes, facilitating discussions, and guiding users through product capabilities and best practices, all while building solid long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage configuration for a portfolio of ESA customers
• Recommend best practices and optimize product use




• Facilitate effective discussions with clients and colleagues
• Handle multiple customer priorities efficiently
• Assist in resolving complex customer inquiries

Requirements:
• Proven experience in technical or consulting roles
• Familiarity with configurable software and financial systems
• Solid communication and organizational skills
• Experience working with enterprise-level clients preferred
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent background
