ROCKWOOL Group in Milton, Ontario is seeking a dynamic Factory Operational Excellence Coach to lead ROPEX initiatives on site. You will drive Kaizen events, value stream mapping, and change management to deliver measurable improvements and sustain daily ROPEX practice.
The role reports to the Director of Operations and is part of the ROCKWOOL Group international ROPEX community, offering a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package. A solid Lean Six Sigma background is preferred.
