Compensation & Hours

The rate of pay will be $110-140K/year, based on experience

Monday through Friday, approximately 40 hrs/week

Position Summary

Provide strategic leadership and direction while ensuring alignment with the company's vision, values, and long-term objectives

Coach, mentor, and develop department leaders, empowering them to make decisions and succeed within their roles

Foster a positive, accountable, and collaborative workplace culture focused on employee engagement and continuous improvement





Build strong relationships with employees, customers, suppliers, and key business partners

Support the leadership team in achieving operational, financial, and customer service objectives without becoming involved in day-to-day task management

Lead organizational planning, change initiatives, and business growth opportunities

Monitor overall business performance using key performance indicators and work with leaders to identify opportunities for improvement

Champion exceptional customer service while maintaining the company's reputation for quality, professionalism, and integrity

Required Qualifications

7+ years of progressive leadership experience in a senior management or executive role

Bachelors in business-related degree is required

Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop high-performing leaders and teams

Strong business acumen with experience balancing people leadership, operations, and financial performance

Demonstrated ability to build trust, foster accountability, and lead through influence

Excellent communication, relationship-building, and conflict resolution skillsStrong understanding of budgeting, business planning, and performance metrics

Strategic thinker with strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities

Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence and clean driving abstract

Bonus Points For

Experience leading a service-based or skilled trades organization

Background in HVAC, mechanical contracting, construction, or a related industry

CPA, CA or related designation
