The Government of Alberta is looking for up to seventeen Service Designers in its Digital Design and Delivery Division. This role emphasizes agile methodologies and collaboration with various ministries to revamp service processes. You will engage in research, prototyping, and evaluation activities to ensure that services remain efficient and accessible.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate user research and gather insights
• Design service prototypes and test concepts
• Collaborate on service blueprint and journey map development

Requirements:
