Your focus will include assessing change readiness for initiatives and using data for AI-driven productivity measures.

Key Responsibilities:
• Own change management delivery for all DevOps & EA initiatives
• Manage change readiness assessments before go-lives
• Track AI adoption telemetry and capacity reporting




• Define agentic readiness criteria for AI deployments
• Operate the AI champion network for effective engagement

Requirements:
• 5+ years of change management experience
• Proven ownership of enterprise-wide change programs
• Experience with agile delivery models
• Strong data literacy and communication skills
• Familiarity with AI adoption and financial services
