We're looking for seasonal Mountain Safety Attendants to ensure a safe skiing environment. You’ll promote safety, enforce policies, and provide guest service while outdoors. This position is ideal for those passionate about winter sports and eager to connect with others on the mountain.
Key Responsibilities: • Create the safest workplace for guests and staff • Enforce the Skier Responsibility Code and resort policies • Maintain well-marked trails and terrain for safe skiing • Assist Patrol Dispatch with crowd management as needed • Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues
Requirements: • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills • Experience working outdoors in adverse weather conditions • Intermediate to advanced skiing or snowboarding ability • Calm under pressure in challenging situations • Positive and friendly personality to enhance guest experience
