In this role, you'll leverage at least 2 years in property insurance claims to assess personal lines claims primarily via telephone. You’ll collaborate with top property vendors to determine claims while maintaining exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:



• Settle complex personal lines claims via phone • Collaborate with property vendors for loss quantification • Apply cost-saving measures without compromising service • Work flexible hours including rotating shifts as needed • Assist during high volume catastrophes, evenings and weekends

Requirements: • 2+ years of property insurance claims experience • CIP designation completed or in progress • Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Guidewire • Robust communication and prioritization skills • Licenses for claims adjusting are a plus
