Lead the Sanford Apartments as a Program Manager in a temporary, full time role. You’ll oversee client care, staff management, and operational effectiveness in this vital position.

As the Manager of Sanford Apartments, you will report to the Director of Operations while supervising mental health workers. This role requires extensive experience in mental health, including crisis intervention and program development. You will ensure effective program delivery, manage risks, and foster relationships with stakeholders to positively impact community health initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations and client health coordination
• Develop and implement program goals and initiatives
• Supervise hiring, training, and performance of staff




• Collaborate on annual budget preparation and monitoring
• Represent the program at community events and activities

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Social Science or equivalent
• 5 years’ experience in mental health, including 2 years supervisory
• Crisis management training and First Aid/CPR certificate
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Valid BC driver's license and reliable vehicle
