Renso Foods is looking for a highly organized, energetic, and people-focused professional to join our growing team as an Executive Assistant, Events & Partnerships.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with executives, customers, partners, suppliers, community leaders, and event attendees, and is excited about growing into a future leadership role.

You'll work directly with the CEO and leadership team while helping execute events, community initiatives, strategic partnerships, restaurant openings, stakeholder engagement activities, and business development opportunities.

What You'll Be Doing: Executive Support

Support senior leadership with scheduling, planning, travel, meetings, and communications.

Prepare presentations, reports, briefing materials, and correspondence.

Coordinate priorities and follow up on key initiatives and action items.

Events & Experiences

Plan and coordinate networking events, community events, customer appreciation events, grand openings, cultural celebrations,



and brand activations.

Manage event logistics, vendors, registrations, guest experiences, schedules, and on-site execution.

Help create memorable experiences that strengthen our brand and relationships.

Partnerships & Engagement

Act as a key point of contact for customers, industry partners, suppliers, community organizations, and stakeholders.

Build and maintain relationships on behalf of the organization.

Support sponsorship opportunities, partnership initiatives, and community engagement programs.

Special Projects

Support projects across hospitality, franchising, operations, marketing, and business development.

Track timelines, deliverables, and project milestones.

Help turn ideas into action.

Who We're Looking For
You are:

Naturally organized and proactive.

A solid communicator and relationship builder.

Comfortable interacting with executives, partners, customers, and community stakeholders.

Someone who enjoys planning events and bringing people together.

Able to manage multiple priorities without losing attention to detail.

Resourceful, adaptable, and solutions-focused.

Excited about growth and leadership opportunities.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in executive support, events, community engagement, public relations, hospitality, stakeholder relations, or project coordination.

Strong Microsoft Office and presentation skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Experience planning events is a strong asset.

Hospitality, restaurant, nonprofit, or entrepreneurial business experience is an asset.

Bilingual English and Vietnamese is considered an asset.
