Reporting to the Senior Manager AR Trade Spend, you’ll manage rebates, off-invoice discounts, and program accruals. With 5-7 years of experience in financial analysis and trade spend, your role includes coordinating with Sales and Business Performance teams to secure approvals. You’ll also analyze customer deductions and develop reports updating management on risks and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage Promotions Funding Requests and program information
• Oversee ERP system for rebates and off-invoice discounts




• Collaborate with teams to ensure proper deduction approvals
• Coordinate documentation for deductions requiring repayment
• Analyze and validate unauthorized customer deductions

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Finance or working towards CPA
• 5-7 years in financial analysis and trade spend
• Familiar with multiple ERP systems
• Proficient in Excel and MS Office
• Robust analytical and communication skills
