As a key leadership position, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient management of a vessel, overseeing crew and cargo with a focus on compliance and maritime standards. Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure safe vessel operations and compliance with Transport Canada
• Prepare detailed voyage plans and maintain records
• Conduct inspections before, during, and after voyages




• Monitor environmental conditions impacting navigation
• Lead emergency drills and ensure crew readiness

Requirements:
• Valid Transport Canada Master 60 GT Limited Certificate
• Marine Medical Certificate and MED certification
• 2-3 years of experience as a vessel operator
• Strong organization and leadership skills
• Knowledge of Canadian marine regulations
