Full time permanent position Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a HVAC Piping Engineer in the Oil & Gas Industry in Edmonton, Alberta. engineer required to perform mechanical system design (HVAC and Plumbing). Complete design calculations as required, including heat loss, heat gain, and flow calculations.
Total rewards $90000.00 - $125000.00 annuallySalary and benefits
Responsibilities Follow established design and drafting standards
Ensure designs comply with applicable codes, regulations, and industry standards
Work effectively both independently and within a multidisciplinary team workplace
Deliver projects on schedule, within budget, and to a high standard of quality
Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior team members
Reviewing shop drawings and submittals




Conducting site reviews and field inspections as required
Requirements CET or P.Eng
Experience in mechanical HVAC and piping system design
Proficiency with AutoCAD
Knowledge of ASHRAE standards
Understanding of Alberta Building Code requirements
Strong technical aptitude and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to build strong working relationships
