This full-time position reports to the Design Manager and spans over six months. You will collect maintenance requirements via field inspections and user feedback, ensuring effective communication with general contractors and vendors. Your role includes negotiating processes, developing a preventative maintenance program, and conducting life cycle analyses for productive procurement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collect and assess repair requirements through field inspections
• Communicate site-specific needs with general contractors and skilled trades




• Maintain vendor relationships and perform competitive bidding
• Develop and execute an environmentally sustainable maintenance program
• Conduct life cycle analysis for proactive scheduling

Requirements:
• Background in design/architecture or related field
• Skilled in budget management, quotes assessment, and purchase orders
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Excel
• Strong problem-solving abilities and teamwork approach
• Ability to travel within Canada, French proficiency a plus
