Key Responsibilities:
• Provide support and assistance to homeless adults
• Conduct guest orientation and safety assessments
• Refer guests to community services and resources
• Maintain documentation and statistical records
• Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols
Requirements:
• Related Certificate or Grade 12 with two years' experience
• Familiar with community resources and services
• Must have Occupational First Aid Level 1 Certificate
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Criminal Record Clearance for Vulnerable Sector
