Join ComPsych as an EAP Provider, delivering high-quality counseling to employees and their families. This role focuses on in-person sessions that address various personal and work-related challenges.
ComPsych is looking for licensed behavioral health clinicians for their Employee Assistance Program Provider Network. The ideal candidates will provide short-term, solution-focused counseling within local communities, supporting employees facing issues like stress, anxiety, and relationship difficulties. Your role will also involve conducting assessments and maintaining accurate clinical documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver in-person EAP counseling for employees and their families
• Conduct intake assessments and clinical evaluations
• Support clients with workplace stress and related challenges
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation consistently
• Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and licensure requirements
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in a behavioral health field
• Minimum 3 years clinical experience post-masters
• Active skilled accreditation or registration
• Professional liability insurance, if applicable
• Recent resume or CV submission required
