This role requires strong organization skills and a background in healthcare administration. As a Billing Coordinator, you will support invoice preparation, payment reconciliation, and maintain accurate billing records. Communication and attention to detail are essential as you work with clinic teams and funding partners to ensure compliance with protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate billing activities across clinic locations
• Prepare and submit invoices according to funding requirements
• Review billing submissions for accuracy and completeness




• Assist with payment reconciliations and follow-up on outstanding invoices
• Update billing statuses within the EMR systems

Requirements:
• Diploma in Business Administration or related field preferred
• 1-3 years of billing or healthcare administration experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EMR systems required
• Experience with payment reconciliation an asset
• Solid communication skills for stakeholder interaction
