In this role, you will oversee daily operations of the spa, ensuring that guest experiences align with the highest standards set by Relais & Châteaux and AAA. As a hands-on supervisor, you will engage directly with guests and assist with reservations and administrative tasks. Your leadership will foster a positive and supportive atmosphere for both guests and team members.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver superior guest service in line with industry standards
• Support and assist Spa Manager in operations
• Manage bookings, reception duties, and client coordination




• Maintain a thorough knowledge of treatments and retail offerings
• Coach team members in retail sales and service excellence

Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a spa setting
• Exemplary communication and organization skills
• Familiarity with Spa Soft and relevant software
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
• Commitment to a two-year tenure with the Inn
