As the Director of Children’s & Family Ministries, you play a pivotal role in nurturing faith in children aged 0-Grade 5. Your experience will help create welcoming programs and facilitate communication with parents, providing resources that bring faith into everyday life. This role includes leading volunteers to foster a supportive community for children.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and lead engaging Sunday morning programs for children
• Select and evaluate an age-appropriate curriculum for effectiveness
• Coordinate activities that encourage participation in worship




• Foster parent partnerships to support children’s faith journeys
• Build and mentor a healthy team of volunteers

Requirements:
• Proven experience in leading a children's ministry
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Technical aptitude with virtual tools and sound systems
• Demonstrated pastoral care and relational skills
