We are looking for a Maintenance Aide to support the operational integrity of our long-term care residence. This role includes semi-skilled repairs and regular inspections, ensuring a secure and functional environment for residents. You will contribute to various maintenance duties while occasionally assisting in construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
• Repair equipment impacting residents’ daily needs
• Regulate plumbing and conduct inspections
• Maintain and repair electrical systems and light fixtures
• Assist in testing electrical circuits and appliances
• Participate in minor construction and carpentry work

Requirements:
• One to two years of relevant maintenance experience
• WHMIS certification knowledge
• Grade 12 Diploma with technical education
• Experience in plumbing and electrical maintenance
• Strong commitment to community service values
