AgeCare is seeking a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to provide essential nursing care and support to residents. Collaborate in a energetic medical team and guide personal support workers in our caring environment.

In this RPN role, you will be responsible for delivering nursing care in adherence to established policies and procedures. You’ll work closely with registered nurses, ensuring effective communication with healthcare professionals and stakeholders, while actively participating in the care of residents. Your expertise in geriatric care will be vital in addressing and adapting to resident needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Implement nursing procedures and policies on the unit
• Communicate with physicians and healthcare providers




• Update physicians on changes in resident conditions
• Provide direction to Personal Support Workers
• Participate in shift reporting for care continuity

Requirements:
• Experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing
• Valid Certificate of Competence from the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Familiarity with health regulations and standards
• Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
• Passion for enhancing resident well-being
