We are looking for a Procurement Specialist with 2–4 years of experience to join a fast-paced procurement environment. The ideal candidate will have strong SAP Ariba experience, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to drive Procure-to-Pay transformation, change management, procurement request management, and tactical sourcing initiatives.

Must-Haves:

- 2–4 years of experience in a similar procurement role
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or Business Administration
- Strong experience with SAP Ariba — heavily preferred and prioritized
- Bilingual in English and French
- Experience with change management and a strong customer-focused mindset
- Experience working in a fast-paced, detail-oriented workplace
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder communication skills

Key Responsibilities:





- Manage and triage procurement requests across materials, equipment, and services
- Monitor aging exceptions, receipts, invoices, and overdue POs
- Develop procurement operational reports and communicate insights to stakeholders
- Support SAP Ariba adoption and act as a change agent for internal customers
- Drive Procure-to-Pay transformation and the transition from non-PO invoices to approved buying channels
- Guide internal stakeholders and suppliers through new procurement processes
- Develop guidance materials and deliver training
- Execute tactical sourcing initiatives, including supplier research, bid solicitation, proposal evaluation, and requisition processing
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and SLAs
