About the Role

We are looking for a confident, motivated, and results-driven Business Development & Cold Calling Specialist to help grow PGC’s sales pipeline.

You will be responsible for outbound sales, prospecting, qualifying opportunities, following up with prospects, and booking meetings for the PGC team.

This is a high-volume sales role for someone who is comfortable picking up the phone, starting conversations, and consistently generating opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls
- Generate and qualify new sales opportunities
- Book qualified meetings
- Follow up with prospects by phone and email
- Maintain accurate CRM records
- Track outreach and results




- Meet weekly and monthly performance targets
- Continuously improve outreach and sales performance

Requirements

- Confident and professional phone presence
- Comfortable with cold calling
- Robust persuasion and sales skills
- Persistent and comfortable with rejection
- Highly organized and disciplined
- Self-motivated and results-oriented
- Previous sales or cold-calling experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of real estate is a major asset

Languages

Multilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.

Fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese, Hindi, Spanish, Russian, or other languages is considered a strong asset.

Compensation

Competitive base salary + performance incentives.
