Ericsson is seeking a Principal Developer to lead RAN software portability across heterogeneous COTS platforms. You will guide technical strategy and drive platform evaluation decisions, mentoring distributed teams across multiple sites and interfacing with academic partners.
The role requires deep system-level thinking, hands-on benchmarking, and the development of reusable platform assets to strengthen Ericsson's competitive position. Robust English communication is essential.
