Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor a team of up to 15 staff members
• Review program contracts and report outcomes on schedule




• Ensure departmental hiring and performance processes
• Participate in organizational strategic planning initiatives
• Monitor and manage program budgets responsibly

Requirements:
• Degree in Human Services, Social Work, or relevant discipline
• 7–10 years in Indigenous-focused services
• 3–5 years of leadership experience
• Insight into legislation and best practices
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
