We supply mining, manufacturing, forestry, and industrial customers throughout British Columbia / Yukon with the products and expertise they need to keep their operations running

Job Description
You'll play a key role in ensuring our customers receive the products they need safely, accurately, and on time

Responsibilities include:

Picking and preparing customer orders

Receiving and inspecting incoming shipments

Loading and unloading materials

Organizing inventory and replenishing stock

Maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards

Assisting with inventory counts and cycle counts

Preparing products for customer pickup and delivery

Operating warehouse equipment safely and efficiently

Supporting a culture of teamwork, accountability, and safety

As your knowledge and confidence grow, you'll begin working more directly with customers and supporting our sales team by:

Assisting customers in person, over the phone, and by email

Entering orders, preparing quotations, and tracking deliveries

Helping customers find solutions to their industrial supply needs

Learning product applications and industry best practices

Working alongside experienced Account Managers and Inside Sales professionals

Building the foundation for future career opportunities in industrial sales and account management
