Heart Pharmacy Group's Heart at Home team is seeking licensed practical nurses (LPN) or registered nurses (RN) to provide mobile medication dispensing across Greater Victoria. You will work in clients' homes, managing medications including insulin, within LPN/RN scope, and partner with local health providers to ensure safe, compassionate care.
You will bring a valid BC driver's license and reliable vehicle, solid communication, and a patient-centered approach.
