This position is focused on providing first-level IT support and managing device setups across three campuses. It requires a strong knowledge of various operating systems and excellent customer service skills. With your 1-3 years of experience in IT help desk support, you will make a meaningful impact in helping maintain classroom devices and tech support for events.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide initial contact for technology inquiries
• Log and resolve help desk support tickets
• Maintain classroom technology including AV equipment
• Manage device lifecycle and inventory
• Assist in onboarding and offboarding tech needs

Requirements:
• Diploma in IT or related field
• Hands-on IT support experience (1-3 years)
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications
• Must hold a valid BC driver’s license
• Strong dedication to service and community values
