Required Skills & Experience

8+ years of professional software development experience

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills





Experience working within Agile software development teams

Ability to lead projects from technical planning through production deployment

Experience with state management libraries and modern frontend ecosystems

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native development practices

Experience mentoring engineers and contributing to engineering standards
