We are looking for a Scheduler to assist in the Christmas Gifts of Hope Program. This temporary role involves initial intake assessments, data entry, and ensuring applicants meet the service criteria. You will engage with community members from diverse backgrounds while collaborating with other support agencies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct initial intake assessments for participants
• Screen applicants to verify eligibility for assistance
• Record essential information in the Link2Feed database
• Collect and prepare statistical data using Microsoft Excel
• Follow up on inquiries via phone and email
Requirements:
• High school completion required
• One year of casework service experience
• Proficient in Microsoft 365
• Valid BC Class “5” driver’s license and vehicle
• Community resource knowledge and networking experience
