About the Opportunity

· Complete TMS interface batch reconciliations and postings.

· Ensure accurate and timely completion of month-end procedures, including invoice posting, cost allocations, accruals, intercompany transactions, and other related activities.

· Assist in developing checks-and-balances tools within the month-end process to ensure reporting accuracy and completeness.

· Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to obtain required information promptly and ensure updates are incorporated into month‑end reporting procedures.

· Prepare balance sheet account reconciliations in a timely manner; analyze, investigate, and resolve discrepancies, and communicate findings to stakeholders.

· Perform reconciliations between various billing systems and the ERP to ensure data integrity.

· Conduct financial analysis to support ongoing financial operations.

· Participate in system implementation/migration and process‑improvement projects.

· Assist with interim and year‑end audit preparation.

· Support additional reporting requirements, including external customer reporting.

· Contribute to the budgeting and forecasting process

About You

· Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration

· Actively enrolled in CPA program

· At least 2-3 years of accounting experience

· Exposure to accounting software (D365 F&O;, VENA, preferred but not required)

· Advanced computer skills in MS Office, Excel

· Experience with visualization tools (Power BI) or TMS software (TMW, Blue Yonder) considered an asset

· Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast‑paced work environment





· Quick learner with a continuous improvement mindset

Pay Range
$30– $32 /hour

The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision perks as well as the company’s 401(k) retirement plan.
