Role: Bilingual Customer Services- English and French

Direct Hire Perm role

Monday to Friday onsite

Salary: $50,000 annually + advantages

Responsibilties:

Processing customer orders, credit administration

Respond to inquiries over phone, email and chat

Resolve order discrepencies, shortages, invoicing issues etc

Maintain correct customer records and documentation

Enter and process orders using Sage 300 and importing tools

Montior shipments, back orders and customer updates

Requirements:

Read, speak and write both English and French

Customer Services/ order maagement experience of around 2 years

Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics, Sage 300 and Office Suite





Experience in whole sale distribution, Consumer Packaged goods and B2B customer Services
