What is the Opportunity?
Personal Banking and Investments is seeking a Senior Manager, Analytics & AI Strategy to drive our strategic transformation through advanced data analytics and artificial intelligence. In this role, you will be critical in advancing Personal Banking’s strategic ambitions by building scalable performance management routines, leading our AI Transformation program, and delivering compelling data-driven narratives that influence senior leadership decisions. You will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to design analytics solutions, establish performance monitoring mechanisms, operationalize AI-driven use cases, and translate complex insights into executive-ready materials.

What Will You Do?
Strategic Insights & Performance Management

Champion the design and delivery of performance management metrics that enable PBI leadership to track progress against Personal Banking performance pillars and critical business objectives

Lead end-to-end analytics: conduct rigorous analysis, generate insights, and drive change through exceptional data storytelling and executive-ready materials

Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver actionable insights, identify performance drivers, optimization opportunities, and strategic risks

Own PBI's performance measurement process, including defining and maintaining OKRs and key metrics

Establish and continuously improve analytics processes, performance monitoring routines, and KPI tracking aligned with OKR management

AI Strategy & Program Management

Lead end-to-end delivery of PBI's AI transformation initiatives—from business case through production deployment, partnering with Technology, AI, Operations, Risk, Finance, and other stakeholders

Own the strategic AI roadmap for PBI, ensuring alignment between business needs, technical feasibility, and innovation priorities

Define PBI's AI strategy and vision,



identifying high-impact AI/ML use cases and enabling monetization across the division

Serve as a trusted translator, converting AI/ML technical concepts into business language for executive audiences

What Do You Need to Succeed?
Must Have:

5+ years of progressive experience in financial services or enterprise analytics with significant focus on analytics, business intelligence, and/or performance management

End-to-end analytics capability: strong proficiency in SQL and/or Python; ability to move seamlessly from technical analysis to executive storytelling

Exceptional communication and presentation skills: demonstrated ability to synthesize complex data into compelling executive narratives for senior leadership

Strategic mindset: comfortable working with ambiguous business problems and deriving insights from incomplete or partial data

Stakeholder management: proven ability to collaborate effectively across matrixed organizations, managing multiple priorities and competing demands

Advanced degree in a quantitative field (Data Science, Statistics, Business Administration, Economics, MBA, or equivalent)

Nice to Have:

Proficiency with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)

Background in financial services product management or enterprise transformation programs

Familiarity with ML techniques, AI concepts, and ML operationalization practices

Experience delivering cross-functional analytics programs in matrixed organizations

Understanding of AI/ML development lifecycles and productionization challenges

Expertise in advanced analytical techniques (predictive modeling, segmentation, correlation analysis)
