Secure the customer experience assignment, strategy implementation and responsibility for its performance.
Lead the customer team and collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure a rewarding customer experience.
Analyse and ensure performance standards of the team are met and corrective actions are implemented to ensure an excellent customer experience.
Lead the process of onboarding, training and development of the competence of co-workers.
Analyse customer feedback to eliminate and prevent the causes of negative customer experience.

The starting rate/ salary for this position ranges from 49120 CAD to 67540 CAD and will be based on relevant work experience.
