This pivotal position involves responding to student inquiries, making high-volume calls, and conducting interviews to help candidates navigate educational resources. You’ll play a key role in following up with prospects, answering their questions, and ensuring timely submission of admissions documents. All interactions will need to be documented accurately.

Key Responsibilities:
• Respond quickly to student inquiries about programs
• Make 100–150 calls daily for outreach




• Conduct interviews to assess and present program options
• Follow up with prospects to assist in the enrollment process
• Document all student interactions in Nexus/CampusVue

Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years in customer service or sales roles
• Solid consultative communication skills
• Previous experience with CRM or student info systems beneficial
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Must attend in-person on campus up to 5 days a week
