Mike Wiegele Helicopter Skiing in Blue River, BC, is seeking an Assistant Pastry Chef for our seasonal, full-time kitchen team. You will assist in bread, pastry, dessert production and dessert buffet items, while developing new recipes and maintaining high quality.
The ideal candidate has a recognized culinary program, 2+ years pastry experience, Food Safe and WHMIS certification, and a passion for chocolate work and up-to-date pastry techniques.
