Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain facility standards across YMCA locations
• Oversee pool, sauna, and steam room operations
• Manage cleaning, maintenance,



and supply logistics
• Adjust HVAC systems for optimal performance
• Conduct general cleaning and set up sport equipment

Requirements:
• 1-3 years of building maintenance experience
• Certification in Pool Operation, HVAC, or Plumbing
• Strong WHMIS knowledge and certification
• Ability to work flexible schedule and minimal supervision
• Solid communication and multitasking skills
