What we are looking for

We are looking for a smart, hungry, highly organized Assistant to work directly with the principal across talent management and production company businesses and day-to-day responsibilities.

This is a rapid-paced, high-exposure role for someone early in their career who is eager to learn, ready to move quickly, and comfortable with a lot happening at once. You will support the Principal, working directly with select clients and talent, and will help keep the office running smoothly while working across both talent management and production.

Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate the Principal’s calendar, meetings, travel, and day-to-day logistics

Screen and roll calls and manage a high volume of communication across various channels

Prepare meeting materials and track follow-ups, deadlines, and commitments

Coordinate travel, itineraries, reservations, and logistics for the Principal and clients

Communicate and coordinate with talent, production partners, clients, and external teams

Support client meetings, events, shoots, and travel

Conduct research and prepare notes, decks, presentations, and briefing materials

Maintain Airtable, Google Workspace, and other internal systems

Support projects across talent management, production, media, and other business activities





Manage expenses, receipts, and credit card reconciliations

Support office operations, including meetings, visitors, catering, supplies, mail, deliveries, and packages

Coordinate vendors, maintenance, repairs, and building needs

Support ad hoc personal and professional requests

About you

1-2 years of relevant industry experience, including internships; entertainment or production company or similar industry is preferred

Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail

Able to manage multiple priorities and operate effectively in a very fast-paced environment

Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable figuring things out independentlyExcellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with executives, talent, clients, and partners

Creative problem-solver with a strong sense of urgency and follow-through

Comfortable working both independently and as a part of a team

Proficient with Google Workspace, Zoom, Microsoft Office, Airtable, QuickBooks, and basic project management tools

Toronto/GTA-based and able to work in-office 4–5 days per week

Seniority: Entry-Level

Compensation: $45,000-$52,000

Health and wellness package + stipend

Paid time off (10 days minimum)

Work-From-Anywhere policy (10 days)
