In this pivotal role, you will serve as the main liaison for clients in laboratory inquiries, ensuring service aligns with AGAT’s mission, “Service Beyond Analysis.” You’ll develop relationships through face-to-face meetings, emails, and calls, while managing expectations around work orders, TAT, and project statuses.

Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary contact for client laboratory inquiries
• Facilitate and maintain relationships through various communications
• Manage sample notifications, certificates, and invoicing promptly




• Communicate any issues related to sample integrity or delays
• Ensure updates are reflected in the Client Master File

Requirements:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Robust organizational and time management abilities
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Knowledge of geological industry is an asset
• Ability to work independently under pressure
